Compassion Team meeting Mon. Dec. 11 | 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Our Compassion team was developed to show God's love to our community. We have several things in the planning stages. If you think God might be calling you to serve in this way, please come to the one-hour meeting tonight and find out more. You'll find us in the Conference room at church.
Steven's story of radical change through faith in Jesus
We invite you to take a few minutes to watch Steven's powerful telling of what life was like before his faith in Jesus Christ and after he invited Him into his life as Lord and Savior. This moving video is the first produced by RVC's Video team. If you'd like to tell your story of transformation and encourage others, please contact the church office at 920-231-9690.

Intercessory Prayer Time | Tues. Dec. 5 @ 6:30 - 8:00 pm
"Likewise, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God." (Romans 8:26-27 ESV)
Intercessory prayer is praying on behalf of others. Jesus closed the divide between us (sinners) and God when he died on the cross in our place to pay the penalty for sin. Because of Jesus' death and resurrection, we can come before God and seek His will for His glory. All believers are called to be intercessors. When we pray together, we encourage one another, love one another and connect to the God who hears and answers our prayers. If you'd like to read more about intercessory prayer, check out this link.
