The statistics for bad marriages is not much better in the church than outside the church. Why is that? God’s design for husband and wife is not flawed but the two people that make up a marriage are. At the heart of marriage is the spiritual life of the individual and the couple. Following God’s design for marriage in God’s grace can restore marriage to its intended place of mirroring Christ’s love for his bride, the church.
